Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the session. Cancellations are subject to a 10 NIS fee.
• The credit card used by the customer to book the session is stored in the system and serves as security for the studio, the equipment, and compliance with the policies approved by the customer in the checklist provided before receiving the entry code.

Security and Oversight

• The premises and the studio are monitored and recorded 24/7 for security and oversight purposes.
• Staff members reserve the right to monitor customer conduct within the studios and the premises at any time.
• Footage will not be shared with any third party, except for the purpose of business security and ensuring proper conduct. Customer privacy will be fully maintained.

General rules

• The studio may not be used for any illegal purposes.
• Entry to the premises while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.
• All items in the studio are the exclusive property of the business and must be handled with care and returned in the condition they were received.
• The company or anyone on its behalf shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damage caused to the client or a third party as a result of using the studio.
• Failure to comply with these regulations will result in the termination of studio use and removal from the premises without a refund.
• The business reserves the right to full indemnification from the client for any damage, expense, and/or loss caused as a result of a breach of these terms.
• The studio reserves the right to update these terms of use from time to time. Changes will take effect from the moment they are published on the website.

Studio rules (summary)

• Permitted use: The studios are intended for music production and creation only. Any other use is prohibited without prior approval.
• Equipment and responsibility:
  • You are responsible for the equipment in the studio and the premises while in use.
  • Please report any faulty or broken equipment at the beginning of your shift.
  • At the end of your shift, please return all equipment to its place, clean your desk, and leave the studio tidy.
• Food and drinks:
  • Food and drinks are not permitted inside the studios.
  • Food may only be consumed in the lounge area.
• Smoking:
  • Smoking is prohibited in the studios, including cigarettes, bongs, or similar products.
  • Smoking is permitted exclusively outside the premises.
• Conduct on Premises:
  • Keep working volume at a reasonable level to avoid damaging the equipment.
  • The lounge is intended for food and drink breaks – please maintain quiet and appropriate behavior.
  • Staying on the premises is permitted only during the booked time slot. Overstaying will result in additional charges.
• Entry Code and Responsibility:
  • The entry code is personal and non-transferable.
  • The client is responsible for communicating these policies to everyone using the studio.
• Rule Violations:
  • Violation of policies may result in fines and additional charges in accordance with the "Penalty Price List."
  • In severe cases, users may be permanently banned from the studio.
• Indemnification Agreement: The user agrees to indemnify the business for any damage, expense, or loss incurred as a result of their actions or omissions on the premises.
• Access Restrictions: The company reserves the right to deny access to the premises in the event of a breach of terms or failure to make payment.
• Age Restrictions: Entry to the studio is permitted for ages 18 and up only, unless otherwise specified with special authorization.

Legal Disclaimer

• The company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the studio.
• The studio reserves the right to charge the client's credit card in the event of equipment damage, violation of policies, or exceeding the booked time slot.
